Cancellation Policy

All classes require 4-hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel a class booking within 4 hours will result in a charge to the account as follows:

- Loss of 1 class credit for packages and drop-in classes

- $10 late-cancellation charge for subscription members (monthly and introductory)

- $15 no-show charge for subscription members (monthly and introductory)

Please cancel via your account as soon as plans change. Waitlisted clients are auto-promoted. Three no-shows in 30 days may restrict advanced booking.

New monthly memberships/subscriptions require a 3-month minimum term. Monthly memberships and subscriptions auto-renew each month (does not apply to 3- and 5-class packages). If you would like to cancel a newly purchased membership, we allow cancellations with full refunds (minus a $25 service fee) up to 48 hours after the purchase, as long as none of the membership benefits have been utilized. Otherwise we do not offer refunds on memberships.

Class packages are non-refundable. Class packages expire 6 months after purchase.

Drop-in classes are non-refundable.

Workshops are non-refundable.

Registration and uniform fees are non-refundable.

We do not allow memberships or class packages to be transferred between people.

All sales final and non-refundable.
