Wear what makes you comfortable! It should allow for movement of the body (including stretches and floor movements) and cover your bits, but otherwise all inclusive-friendly clothing is welcome. Most people wear sweatpants or leggings, a tank or a t-shirt, and socks. Others prefer booty shorts and bra top. It’s up to you.
Classes like Burlesque and Heels are dance heel-optional. This means you are welcome to wear leather-soled dance heels if you’d like, but you can also take these classes barefoot. For Heels class, the most important thing is that the shoe goes over the ankle, so that it's secure on the foot & also provides ankle support. From there it's whatever you’re comfortable moving in!
For classes required street shoes, we ask you wear indoor-only sneakers to keep in accordance with our “No Outdoor Shoes” policy. Thank you!

Every dance journey is unique, and each body learns at a different rate; we encourage you to honor your personal timing.
Things that help accelerate learning are attending regular classes, attending more than one class per week, practicing at home, resting your body between sessions, and maintaining a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
