  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early

  • Do not wear fragrance, including essential oils

  • Book at least 3 hours in advance

  • Cancel at least 4 hours in advance or incur a late-cancel fee/forfeit of class credit (see full policy)

  • No-shows will incur a no-show penalty/forfeit of class credit (see full policy)

  • No refunds

How to Book

After purchasing a membership or package, your account will be auto-debited when you book classes. If you’d like to book a drop-in, simply click “Book Now” next to the desired class and follow the payment prompts.
