With over 17 years of professional dance training and performance experience, Tayga has explored the world through movement. From classical ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and pointe, to hip hop, burlesque, ballroom, and Latin dance, her journey has taken her around the country. She has performed with professional sports teams, Vegas shows, cruise ships, and as a dance double in the film industry, and has learned from a diverse array of teachers and choreographers along the way Tayga’s teaching philosophy is about more than perfecting technique—it’s about reconnecting with your body, igniting creativity, and rediscovering the joy of movement.

With a 200-hour yoga certification, she blends her dance expertise with the mindful practices of yoga, showing students how both art forms can guide self-awareness, balance, and personal expression. Her classes are playful, empowering, and inspiring—designed to help students reconnect with their innate creativity and the magic of movement. Tayga believes that when we realign with our bodies and artistic potential, we thrive both on and off the dance floor.
